The organizers have revealed a lineup dedicated to the "All-star," invitation for a profile that will enter 10 teams for a special day event. L39ION in Los Angeles is the only continental team in this field, and the Miami Blazers and Austin Aviators represent the domestic elite team in the United States. The prize purse for professional women and men will be divided equally into both fields in a total of 1,15,000, 4-minute competitions across 70 categories - winner, most valuable Pederer (sprint competition), best young rider and best team. The Open Cat 2/3/4 men's and women's race will offer a total prize purse of total2,000 divided equally.

CRIT is an acronym for Circuit Racing International Tour and was created by professional cyclist Justin Williams, who started Williams Racing development and co-founded the L39ION Of Los Angeles US Continental team in partnership with Wasserman Ventures. Since the CRIT Championship is not sanctioned by USA Cycling, Williams allows freedom of independent structure, including professional invitations, 1-day team creation and other community events.

All 10 teams will be part of the men's professional race, but there are only 4 teams that include professional women. The organizers shared with Cyclingnews that due to limited availability, many professional women did not accept invitations to participate, and the women's Open 2/3/4 field will be combined with professional women confirmed on the race day. Professional men are expected to cover 1 lap on a four-corner course of 48 km in the Edge district of St. Petersburg. Sprint competition points are awarded for the fastest 5 riders crossing the line every 12 laps, and the finish sprint provides 10 times more points in the top 2. Professional women cover 40 laps and sprint points are awarded every 10 laps.

Pedal Mafia has created custom team jerseys for events with each rider's name and number on the back similar to traditional team sports. The organizers hope that this will make the fast-paced action easier to follow for the audience, and many of them are unfamiliar with the sport of cycling. The CRIT Championship, similar to Into The Lion's Den criterion, created by justin Williams as a bike race in 2021, was the first to advance into event management in Sacramento, California, where it won a賞金100,000 prize for a professional men's and women's invitation-only field.

The St. Petersburg Race is a new format established to celebrate cycling and community in the historic edge district of the Gulf City. In addition to elite races, a full schedule of amateur events is held throughout the day. There are fixed Gear Open, Open Masters 35+ to 65+, Open category 2/3/4 3 men's races and fixed gear open and Open 2/3/4 2 women's races, Junior races, Youth 2-12 races, Grand Fund cycling events and 5k runs.
