Ineos Grenadiers has announced that Pauline Ferrand-Prevot will join the team on a two-year contract to compete in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The 30-year-old, the first woman to sign with the British team, will join the team's growing off-road contingent in cyclocross, gravel, and mountain bike racing.
Phelan-Prevot's move from Absolut-Absalom-BMC was widely rumored, as was Ineos Grenadiers' launch of a women's program.

[14Ferrand-Prevot is one of the brightest riders in the women's peloton, winning multiple world titles in several disciplines.
In 2014, she won the rainbow jersey on the road in Ponferrada, the following year she became world cyclocross champion, and has also won the mountain bike rainbow jersey nine times in the marathon, cross country, team relay, and short track events
He was also the first to win the world cyclo-cross championships.
Over the weekend, he became the first ever gravel world champion, defeating Switzerland's Sina Frei in the 2-up sprint in Cittadella.
