Uttrup Ludwig joins FDJ Nouvelle Accitaine Futuroscope for 2020

FDJ Nouvelle Accitaine Futuroscope has announced the signing of Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig for the 2020 season.

Uttrup Ludwig has impressive results in 2019, including a win at the GP de Plumelec-Morbihan Dames. She also scored podium finishes at the Trofeo Binda, Tour of Flanders, and La Course by Le Tour de France.

Her signing is a big boost for the FDJ team, which won two races during the season, the French national championship road race and the La Perigord Ladies in August. fdj is one of the eight teams competing in five of the 2020 Women's World Tours, but is currently ranked 15th in the WWT rankings and and is currently ranked 15th in the WWT rankings, below the other seven teams.

The 24-year-old will join FDJ next season along with fellow Scandinavians Emilia Farlin and Steine Borgli.
