British Continental team Canyon dhb p/b Soreen announced its roster for the 2020 season on Thursday, with 18 riders selected. The team has five new riders, including two from Pro Continental, Jérôme Beaunez (Wanty Gobert) and Brenton Jones (Delco Marseille Provence).

Team owner Tim Elberson retained 13 current riders, plus Jacob Scott (Swift Carbon), Rob Scott (Wiggins Lecol), and Alex Peters, who raced for Team Sky in 2015. Peters retired in 2017 but is making a return to professional cycling.

Alex Paton, Andrew Tennant, Thomas Stewart, Jacob Hennessey, Ryan Christensen, Matthew Bostock, Max Steadman, Alex Colman, Callum McLeod, Rory Townsend, Daniel Pearson, Oliver Wood, and Charlie Tanfield renewed their contracts with the team.

"2020 will be a great year. The average age is 24, slightly up from last year, but I believe that with Jerome and Brenton's increased experience, other riders with similar styles will learn and flourish.

"We also have several riders who look to have a breakthrough year.
