Peter Sagan was among the eight players selected to compete in Bora Hansgrohe's Paris-Nice. Sagan is set to compete in Saturday's Strade Bianche, and several of his teammates were already in Tuscany training for the one-day classic.

Sagan was about to travel to Tuscany from his home in Monaco, but will head to Paris for the Paris-Nice start on Sunday.

Sagan recently returned from a high-altitude training camp in Colombia in preparation for the spring classics and the Giro d'Italia in May. Meanwhile, Bora-Hansgrohe also announced its lineup for Sunday's GP Monsere, a UCI 1.1 race in Belgium.
