Arkea Samsic set a lofty goal of taking on and beating the world's best WorldTour teams at this summer's Tour de France.
Stage and overall victories at the Tour de la Provence and Tour des Alpes Maritimes et du Var in Quintana, as well as a victory on the final stage from Paris to Nice, have his new team dreaming of winning the biggest races.
