Ribble Introduces All-New Endurance Ti Disc Road Bike

Ribble is a bicycle manufacturer founded in 1897, and the British brand's latest road bike is a road-specific Endurance geometry with disc brakes.

Meticulously crafted from titanium, the Ribble Endurance Ti disc will appeal to riders who want a relaxed ride, excellent braking power, and the unique characteristics of a titanium frame.

Titanium road bikes are highly regarded for a reason. A well-made titanium frame can offer the same vibration damping characteristics as steel at a lighter overall weight, while retaining the classic aesthetics of round tubes. With the Endurance Titanium Disc, Ribble's design team has created a frame that optimizes both the structural qualities of titanium and its classic aesthetic appeal.

By optimizing the tube profile and frame construction, Ribble claims to have balanced strength, performance, and compliance for a more comfortable ride with excellent vertical compliance without unduly compromising lateral stiffness or high-speed bike handling reliability.

With a high-polish finish and seamless welds, the triple-butted 3AL/2.5V titanium tubing truly shines and the look of the Endurance Ti Disc will appeal to the masses. Not to detract from the visual lines of the Endurance Ti-discs, the bike features internally routed cables for both mechanical and Di2 groupset.

Technical frame details include dropped seatstays, which shrink the rear triangle to increase vertical compliance and thus lateral stiffness. To balance power transfer at the rear end, the head tube is 44 mm and a tapered steerer fork is used. Thanks to the tapered steerer's wider contact surface, Ribble's carbon front fork promises excellent steering precision and predictable dynamics during braking.

Geometry varies with frame size, with head tube angles ranging from 71 degrees (XS) to 73.3 degrees (XL). Reach ranges from 382mm to 400mm.

The Ribble Endurance Ti Disc is available in five frame sizes (XS, S, M, L, XL) with prices starting at £2,299 for the Sport build with Shimano 105. The Enthusiast version costs £3,299 with an upgrade to Shimano Ultegra. If you want to go pro with Shimano's Ultegra Di2 system, the Endurance Ti disc is £4,299.
