Do you cycle indoors?
Together with Wattbike, we are conducting a survey to learn more about our audience's indoor cycling habits. Whether you are familiar with indoor workouts, enjoy spin classes at the gym, or just like to spin the pedals while watching TV at night, please take our 16-question, multiple-choice survey.
As you know, for a variety of reasons, the cycling world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Cycling is a great way to stay fit, and many consider indoor cycling to be one of the most time-efficient ways to work out on a bike. So whether you are training for an event or simply want to lose weight, an indoor trainer can be a great tool to help you do just that.
But despite cycling's practical roots, riding indoors can be an expensive sport to get started, with a variety of kit that promises to make you more comfortable, technology to track your progress, and apps to keep you entertained along the way. In contrast, some people fit a used trainer to their trusty bike that they have used for years and use a TV for entertainment.
We want to know where you fall on this spectrum. We'd love to hear what you think about the top brands, what you need for a good indoor workout, and how important it is to use the latest technology.
This indoor cycling survey will take approximately 3-5 minutes.
