3T Celebrates 60th Anniversary with €19,610 "Dream Box"

Bicycles are usually packaged in cardboard boxes, but 3T has completely overturned that concept with its "Ultimate Cycling Dream Box."

The Dream Box is not simply a box or case for a bicycle, but an "automated bicycle garage," according to the brand.

The unit itself is electrically powered, so when you want to go for a ride, simply press a button on the remote control and the box slides open to reveal the bike and kit, all beautifully displayed thanks to built-in LED lights.

Fortunately, for an investment of €19,610, you get not only the box, but also a collection of all-Italian goodies, including the bike, kit, helmet, and shoes. The bike included is an Italian-made carbon fiber 3T Exploro RaceMax gravel bike. It uses Campagnolo's Ekar groupset with a 40T chainring and 9-42T cassette, and is paired with 3T carbon wheels and 35mm Pirelli Cinturato tires.

But the 3T doesn't stop there. It includes one closetful of Castelli cycling kit, including a Giro Race custom jersey in the same color scheme as the gravel bike and a Castelli Premio bib short.

Also included is a Kask Protone helmet in the same livery and a 3T 60th anniversary badge. The Protone is one of the best road bike helmets that has protected the heads of Monuments and Grand Tour winners.

For eye protection, there are Koo Spectro sunglasses and Fizik Terra X4 pedal-mounted shoes.

No stone has been left unturned when it comes to accessories. Two Elite Fly 550 bottles weighing only 54 grams and a Fizik Antares Versus Evo 00 adaptive saddle are included. The icing on the cake is Campagnolo's titanium The Big Corkscrew.

To get all of this delivered to your door, you'll need to order fast, as only 60 will be produced. The price is 19,610 euros.

Also, 3T will gladly send you a stand-alone garage box for €4,900.
