Nokele Koase 2022 - How to Live Stream the Spring Classic

The 2022 Spring Classic is underway. If you are looking for ways to watch the Classics over the next month, we have put together a handy Spring Classics live stream guide.

A series of one-day races in Belgium, France, and Italy in March and April will bring four monuments throughout the spring: the Milan-San Remo, Tour de Flanders, Paris-Roubaix, and Liege-Bastogne-Liege.

Starting with the men's and women's races on the Nokélé course on Wednesday, March 16, a comprehensive overview of how to watch the races will be presented.

Cycling News will provide full reports, results, news, interviews, and analysis throughout the race; read here for information on how to live stream the Spring Classic using ExpressVPN (opens in new tab).

The Nokellekoase is not the biggest event of the Spring Classics season, but after a week of stage races from Paris to Nice and Tirreno-Adriatico, this race marks a return to the cobbles for the Propeloton.

The race is centered around the cobbled Nocera Belk climb, with the finish on the top of the final ascent. The men climb the hill four times during the 189 km race and the women three times during the 126 km race.

Men's champion Ludovic Lobée (Bingoal Pauwels Sauces-WB) will return to defend his title, but unfortunately 2021 women's winner Amy Peters (SD Walks) is in hospital after a fall in pre-season training.

For the men, Tim Merlier (Alpecin Phoenix) will be on the start list along with fellow star sprinter Pascal Ackermann (UAE Team Emirates), while 2019 winner Cees Bol (Team DSM) will also be racing, as will fast Jordi Meeus, Martin Lars (Bora-Hansgrohe), and Hugo Hofstetter (Alcare Samsic) will also compete.

Quick Step Alphavinir is a young team with Ethan Vernon, Mauro Schmidt, and Stan Van Trijdt, while newcomer Victor Kampenaerts (Lot Soudal) is probably the main player in the Classics.

The women's race is more spectacular, with Strade Bianche winner Lotte Kopecky (SD Walks) wearing number 1 and racing with teammates Marlen Reusser and Christine Majerus.

2019 winner Loreno Wiebes (Team DSM) is another rider to watch. Other riders on the start list include Audrey Cordon-Lago (Trek Segafredo), Marta Bastianelli (UAE Team ADQ), Alice Barnes (Canyon SRAM), and Grace Brown (FDJ Nouvelle Aquitaine Futuroscope).

The men's race will take place from 12:45-17:26 CET and the women's race from 10:15-13:30 CET.
