The first Grand Tour of the season, the 2022 Giro d'Italia, kicks off on Thursday, May 5 and runs through Sunday, May 29. The spectacle will feature extraordinary protagonists testing each other on some of the world's steepest mountain passes.

The 105th Corsa Rosa will start with three stages in Hungary, with mountains such as Etna, Mortirolo, and Passo Fedaia and a 26.3 km time trial on the way.
